ULTRA FILL COARSE JOINT FILLERS – UF -120

ULTRA COARSE FILLER – UF- 120Manufactured at a state-of-the-art plant, coarse finish is a blend of Portland white cement, carefully graded fine sand, aggregates, water soluble, high quality polymer additives, Biocides for in the right proportions.  It is ready to use by simply mixing water at the site and can be easily applied on Any Tiles, Marbles, Granites Joints ULTRA CEILING PLASTER UF-120 is unique in its own way and being introduced in the construction industry.

ULTRA CEILING PLASTER UF-120 is a unique product, to avoid the conventional  types of Grouting As these high-performance grouts are highly modified, it allows to add other benefits   such as quicker curing, reduced shading, and efflorescence control and smooth finish of all types of Tiles, marbles & Granites Joints.   Polymer modified grout Good compression strength Suitable for 1-12 mm joints especially for Roof Cooling Tiles.

White, synthetic polymer emulsion for use with cementations grouts, in exterior (Specially for Roof Top Applications – White Roof Tiles Joints – avoiding of roof joint leakage) Situations in both dry and wet conditions, to increase the adhesion strength, provide greater abrasion resistance, increases flexural strength and flexibility and reduces water permeability.

All installed tiles area shall be allowed to cure and dry for 7 days. Joints shall be cleaned and made free from all dirt, dust, efflorescence, laitance and other contaminants. All tiles shall be checked for soundness and good bond with the adhesive bed and substrate, if found bad, tiles shall be removed including bed adhesive and new reinstalled and allowed to cure and dry completely.  

 Joint Grouting  –  All tile joints shall be grouted using ULTRA COARSE FILLER- UF-120 white Cement Polymer Grout as Mix the 3 part ULTRA COARSE FILLER- UF-120Cement Polymer Grout powder and 1 part of clean water until a lump free smooth paste of uniform colour is obtained, using heavy duty slow speed (less than 300 rpm) electrical drilling machine with spiral paddle attached. Thus, obtained mix has 30 min of pot life. 

Applications
