Product Description: ULTRAFILL- UF110 CEMENT POLYMER GROUT: Single component, polymer modified, water resistant, cement polymer grout. The properties are as follows:

Manufactured at a state-of-the-art plant, it is a blend of Portland white cement, agggates, water soluble, high quality polymer additives, Biocides in the right proportions.

RP-3 POLYMIX:

 White, synthetic polymer emulsion for use with cementations grouts, in interior and  exterior Situations in both dry and wet conditions, to increase the adhesion strength, provide greater abrasion resistance, increases flexural strength and flexibility and reduces water permeability. All installed tiles area shall be allowed to cure and dry for 7 days. Joints shall be cleaned and made free from all dirt, dust, efflorescence, laitance and other contaminants. All tiles shall be checked for soundness and good bond with the adhesive bed and substrate, if found bad, tiles shall be removed including bed adhesive and new reinstalled and allowed to cure and dry completely.  

Joint Grouting  –  All tile joints shall be grouted using ULTRAFILL- UF-110 Cement Polymer Grout as follows:- Mix the 3 part ULTRAFILL- UF-110 Cement Polymer Grout powder and 1 part of clean water until a lump free smooth paste of uniform colour is obtained, using heavy duty slow speed (less than 300 rpm) electrical drilling machine with spiral paddle attached.Thus, obtained mix has 30 min of pot life.  

In case of using RP-3 POLYMIX, 175 ML with mix with 1Kg grout powder. Using a grout float or rubber squeeze compact the grout into the joint ensuring that they are completely filled, remove excess grout as much as possible from the surface of tiles.  Use sponge or sponge-board, dampened in clean water to clean the surface of tile diagonally.  Allow about 15 min for grout to dry. Finally, wash down with clean water with sponge / sponge board to remove un-dried grout film from the surface.  Once the grout has sufficiently set, polish the surface with clean cloth.  Do not apply in damp condition. 

How to use

Mix the ULTRRA BOND–TILES JOINT FILLERS –UF110 grout with clean water in 3:1 ratio of their weights, until a lump free smooth paste of uniform mix is
obtained. Use heavy duty slow speed(less than 300 rpm) electrical drilling machine with spiral paddle attached. Thus, obtained mix has 3hrs of pot life. 

In case of using RP-3 POLYMIX, mix 175ml with1Kg grout powder. Use a grout float or rubber squeeze the grout into the joint ensuring that they are completely filled, remove excess grout as much as possible from the surface of tiles. Use sponge or sponge-board, dampened in clean water to clean the surface of tile diagonally. Allow about 15 min for grout to dry.
Finally, wash down with clean water with sponge / sponge board to remove un-dried grout film from the surface. Once the grout has sufficiently set,
