ULTRA READY MIX PLASTER

ULTRA READY MIX PLASTER Manufactured at a state-of-the-art plant, ULTRA READY MIX PLASTER is a blend of Portland cement, fine graded sand and water soluble, high quality polymer additives for Anti Cracking, in the right proportions. It is ready to use by simply mixing water at the site and can be easily applied on brick, block and concrete.

How to use

The substrate needs to be cleaned and made free from grease and loose particles. The porous and absorbent substrates need to be pre-wetted prior to application of Ultra Ready-Mix Plaster to prevent premature loss of water from the plaster. This will ensure that thin layer can be applied without cracking problems and proper cement hydration and adherence of the mortar to the substrate is attained.. Apply plaster to the substrate, using some pressure while finishing with a steel trowel or wooden float to ensure optimum bonding of the plaster to the substrate surface.

Further to have desired work ability, less rebounding losses, required slump properties and overall durability, polymers are added in Ultra Ready-Mix Plaster. A good plaster needs to have a strong adhesion on wall and ceiling with excellent water resistance, crack free & workability properties. This will protect the interior and exterior of the plastered surface. It also provides flat base for painting, minimises the inconvenience of maintenance & speeds up the construction.
